2026 SFAAA Drawing — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Operator
The drawing is conducted by South Florida Amateur Athletics Association, Inc. (“SFAAA”), 1753 NW 36th Court, Oakland Park, Florida 33309. Team Florida is an SFAAA member team fundraising in support of its season. Simply360 supplies software and is not the operator or sponsor.
Entry period and eligibility
Entries are accepted until Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern. The drawing is open to legal residents of the 49 states other than Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority where they reside: 18 in most jurisdictions, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited.
People directly responsible for administering or conducting the drawing, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. SFAAA may require reasonable proof of identity, residence, and eligibility before awarding a prize.
How to enter
Submit the free-entry form to request 1–50 entries without making a purchase or contribution. A participant may instead use the contribution form. Both methods have equal standing and offer the same maximum number of entries.
Limit 50 eligible entries per person across all entry methods. Entries are grouped by normalized email address; the free-entry method requires email verification, while the contribution method requires successful payment but no email-verification step. Entries may be further consolidated when SFAAA determines that multiple submissions belong to one person. When requests exceed the limit, the earliest otherwise eligible entries are retained. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, late, unpaid, or ineligible submissions may be rejected.
Prizes and prize funding
Five gift-card prizes will be awarded: $1,000, $500, $250, $150, and $100, for a total advertised value of $2,000. The prizes were purchased by SFAAA from its general operating funds. No substitution or cash alternative is promised except where SFAAA must provide a prize of equal or greater value to award every advertised prize.
Drawing
SFAAA will conduct a random drawing at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Georgie’s Alibi Monkey Bar, 2266 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, Florida 33305. Presence is not required. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has equal weight regardless of entry method or contribution amount.
Winner notification and awards
SFAAA will notify potential winners using the email address or phone number submitted. A potential winner must timely provide any eligibility, tax, or prize-delivery information reasonably requested by SFAAA. If a selected entrant is ineligible or cannot be reached, SFAAA will draw an alternate and continue until every advertised prize is awarded.
Winners are responsible for taxes and other obligations associated with accepting a prize. SFAAA will handle any legally required reporting or withholding.
Records and privacy
Entry information is used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, notify winners, maintain required records, and prevent duplicate or excess entries. Entry and drawing records will be retained by SFAAA as required by applicable law.
Administration
SFAAA’s good-faith decisions concerning eligibility, duplicate submissions, the drawing, and prize awards are final, subject to applicable law. SFAAA will not cancel the drawing and will award all advertised prizes. These rules do not waive rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be waived.
